The computer controller manages the start signal for welding. A 200 KVA seam welder is used for manual control, featuring a platform for easier operation. This machine welds a continuous 5mm seam around both sides of the panel. The knurling profile of the welding wheels improves penetration, and both current and pressure can be adjusted. Two sets of shear devices are used to cut and smooth all four sides of the radiators, ensuring a clean finish. Once the panel radiator is welded, it is automatically stacked at fixed intervals, making assembly more efficient.
