With the ISOMETER® iso685 series, Bender offers a cutting-edge range of insulation monitoring devices that combine advanced technology with high reliability, precise measurement techniques, user-friendly design, and modern functionality. These devices are specifically designed to monitor insulation resistance to earth in ungrounded systems (IT systems) and alert users when the resistance drops below a defined threshold. Additionally, with integrated automatic insulation fault locators, it's now possible to identify faults during ongoing operation, even in large and complex IT systems. This significantly reduces downtime and enhances overall system availability. The **iso685-D-P** variant is ideal for systems requiring insulation fault location. It works seamlessly with ISOSCAN® series fault locators, which use a measuring current transformer to assign the locating current to the faulty load. The iso685-D-P communicates with EDS440 and EDS441 fault locators through an RS-485 sensor bus or top-hat rail bus, ensuring efficient and reliable coordination. In **coupled systems**, the iso685-D-P can still perform both insulation monitoring and fault location. Thanks to the **EDSsync function**, all iso685-D-P devices in a group, along with connected EDS devices, participate in fault detection. This feature works regardless of whether the insulation monitoring is done via ISOnet or by disabling a digital input. The **EDSsync function** ensures coordinated fault detection across coupled systems. For example, if the right iso685-D-P is deactivated due to a closed coupling switch, it can still take part in the fault search as long as the EDSsync function is enabled. This guarantees comprehensive fault detection without compromising system performance. The **IOM441 input/output module** allows up to 50 EDS devices to be connected to a single iso685-D-P. When paired with the IOM441, each EDS44x channel provides a dry contact, enabling alerts or disconnection of non-critical loads. This helps maintain high availability for critical systems. New measurement technologies also allow for the identification of high-impedance faults in systems with large leakage capacitances and low locating currents. The **iso685-D-P** clearly displays the faulty channels and uses plain text messages to simplify fault identification, making troubleshooting faster and more intuitive. Finally, the **iso685-D-P** supports multiple communication protocols, including Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, and isoData. This flexibility ensures seamless integration into existing control and monitoring systems, enhancing overall system connectivity and performance.

Polarized Color-Changing Pigment

Polarized color-changing pigment is also called polarizer coloring powders. It is a fine powder looked with the naked eye. When viewed with special lenses, it can show two colors. This kind of lens is also called polarizing film, which contains two pieces. It like a bank card and can be taken anywhere. Polarized anti-counterfeiting powders have good weather resistance and temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, strong solvent resistance, good dispersion and obvious discoloration effect. They are suitable for making various inks and coatings. This kind of mirror image pigment cannot be copied by any high-definition scanner, color copy machine or other equipment.

It has extremely strong anti-counterfeiting reliability. It is mainly used for the anti-counterfeiting of currency and securities. It can also be used for anti-counterfeit packaging of tobacco, alcohol, medicine, cosmetics, etc.
