Recently, the Sany Heavy Machinery SY215C crawler hydraulic excavator has been honored with the "Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award." The SY215C excavator was first recognized in December 2007 when it passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements and was designated as a "2008 National Key New Product." During the evaluation process, the machine was awarded six key technologies: high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic systems, integrated engine control, intelligent operation, lightweight working equipment, GPS remote monitoring, and superior safety and ergonomic design. These innovations earned it the Second Prize in the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards. Experts from the evaluation panel praised the SY215C, stating that its overall technology is leading in China and has reached international advanced standards. This recognition underscores the machine's competitive edge in both domestic and global markets. Recently, the Sany Heavy Machinery excavator products were officially named as "Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand Products" after being reviewed and approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee. The SY215C is among the 52 machinery products in the province to receive this prestigious provincial title.
