Recently, the Sany Heavy Machinery SY215C crawler hydraulic excavator has been honored with the "Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award." This prestigious award is given to outstanding scientific research projects, and the SY215C stands out as the only product to win at the final stage as a single unit. In addition, the excavator also received the "Suzhou Science and Technology Progress Award," further highlighting its innovation and technical excellence.
Since its launch in 2007, the SY215C excavator has continuously demonstrated cutting-edge technology. It was officially recognized as a "2008 National Key New Product" after passing the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements. During the evaluation process, the machine was awarded six key technologies: high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic systems, integrated engine control, intelligent operation, lightweight working devices, GPS remote monitoring, and advanced ergonomic design. These innovations earned it the Second Prize in the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards.
Experts from the appraisal committee praised the SY215C, stating that its overall technology is leading in China and has reached an international advanced level. The excavator's performance and design have not only impressed industry professionals but also set new benchmarks in the construction equipment sector.
More recently, the Sany Heavy Machinery excavator products were recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee. They were awarded the title of "Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand Products," joining 52 other machinery equipment models that have achieved provincial recognition for their quality and innovation.
