Description of copper wire granulator machine:
1. Crushing System: The first stage in the recycling process involves a powerful crusher equipped with 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of approximately 5-8mm in size.
2. Screen: Located inside the vibrating separator, the screen helps separate copper pellets from other materials. It has different-sized holes, allowing customers to choose the appropriate size based on the raw material.
3. Blades: There are 12 moving blades inside the system.
4. Output Copper Pellet: After being separated by the vibrator, the copper pellets go through a second small vibrator for further purification. With this machine, you can achieve almost 100% purity in copper.
5. Output Plastic Pellet: Similarly, the plastic pellets undergo a second separation using the small vibrator to ensure high purity.
6. Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are included for both copper and plastic, ensuring accurate separation at each stage.

Working Principle of copper wire granulator machine:
Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle—larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material used in production.
The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is then conveyed to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The blower’s opening is connected to a dust collector containing a filter bag, which prevents dust from escaping and protects the environment. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are collected in the bag and discharged when it's full.
The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation in the movement of materials under aerodynamic and vibration friction forces. By adjusting the speed of material conveyance and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and move upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and downward. Eventually, both are discharged through different openings.
