Description of copper wire granulator machine:
1.Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process involves a powerful crusher equipped with 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets (5-8mm in size).
2.Screen: A vibrating separator with adjustable mesh sizes helps separate copper pellets from other materials.
3.Blades: The machine includes 12 moving blades for efficient cutting.
4.Output Copper Pellet: After the initial separation, the copper pellets go through a second vibration process to ensure purity.
5.Output Plastic Pellet: Similarly, the plastic pieces are refined for high purity.
6.Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are used for secondary separation of both copper and plastic pellets.



Working Principle of copper wire granulator machine:

Wires and cables are fed into the crusher where they are broken down and separated into copper and plastic components. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle—larger meshes produce longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.

The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastics (such as fibers or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The collected dust and light plastics are stored in a dust bag for environmental protection and are discharged when full.

The separator uses differences in specific gravity and aerodynamic forces to separate copper granules from plastic pieces. By adjusting the speed of material flow and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher density) move to the bottom, while lighter plastic pieces rise to the top. Both are then discharged through separate outlets.
