Heshun Shipbuilding held a welder technical competition

In an effort to continuously enhance the quality of shipbuilding, on April 3rd, a total of 25 employees from Qingdao Heshun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. participated in a welding competition aimed at promoting technical excellence and professional growth. This event not only showcased the company's commitment to improving craftsmanship but also brought together experienced and skilled workers for a friendly yet competitive atmosphere. At the same time, the chairman of V0lharding Shipyard from the Netherlands visited Heshun Shipyard to observe the technical competition. He was highly impressed with the level of expertise displayed by the workers and praised the company's overall standards of shipbuilding. Following the inspection, a significant 10-year long-term cooperation agreement was signed between the two companies, focusing on shipbuilding projects and joint development of new ship types. The competition included two rounds: one practical welding test and one theoretical examination. After intense competition, Zhao Chengjun from the Development Department of Heshun Shipbuilding emerged as the champion in the electric welding category. His outstanding performance reflected the high level of training and professionalism within the company. This event marked a milestone for Heshun Shipbuilding, not only in terms of internal development but also in strengthening its international partnerships.
