Fin Die Features The fin die is an independent sub-unit from the large mold base, featuring an independent guide column and sleeve in the blade-edge unit. Processing steps include: 1.1 Drawing Unit: A pre-drawn convex hull is formed on the strip material based on calculated data. Each channel has an independent adjustment device with a position display indicator to record adjustment heights for future reference. 1.2 Louver Forming Unit: Creates louver-type cracks on the strip material as per the fin design. The unit includes an independent guide column and sleeve to ensure proper clearance between upper and lower molds. 1.3 Punching Flanging Unit: Flips out straight edges and electro-thermal holes on the strip material using a punched convex hull. It features an independent guide column and sleeve for proper clearance between upper and lower molds. 1.4 Double Flanging Unit: Turns the straw hat outward on a flanging cylinder. An independent adjustment device and position display indicator are included to track adjustment heights. 1.5 Slitting Unit: Uses three screws to adjust the position of the upper knife to determine the number of slit rows.
