Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -We prefer 100% advance payment.

-Orders under USD10,000 require full prepayment.

-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most orders.

-L/C with less than 60 days term may be accepted after negotiation.

-L/C with more than 60 days term will not be accepted.

-D/P at sight may be accepted after negotiation.

-D/A and O/A are generally not accepted.

-Partial payments can be negotiated, but usually 30% is required upfront, with the balance paid before shipment.


Q: How long is the lead time for orders?
A: -Typical lead time is 45–60 days, depending on order quantity and production schedule.

-Lead time starts from the date of receiving L/C or advance payment as agreed in the contract.

-Rush orders may be fulfilled in 30 days or less upon approval.


Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value is USD2,000.

-Orders below USD2,000 may be considered after negotiation.
