On the 21st, a significant milestone was achieved by Chaoyang Chaogong Machinery Co., Ltd. The company successfully exported its excavation loader to Papua New Guinea in Oceania, marking a historic moment as it became the first excavator loader to be exported from the Northeast region. This achievement highlights the growing international recognition of the company's products and capabilities.
Chaoyang Chaogong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise specializing in the production of wheel loaders, vibratory rollers, and backhoe loaders. After undergoing restructuring by a state-owned enterprise in 2002, the company obtained ISO9001-2000 certification and its brand was recognized as a provincial and municipal famous trademark. The Zhaogong brand has gained widespread acclaim, with its loader and backhoe loader products being rated as famous brands in both Chaoyang City and Liaoning Province. Over the past three years, the company has experienced a consistent 30% annual growth in output value. In 2005, total sales surpassed 500 units, with annual operating revenue reaching 120 million yuan and total assets also amounting to 120 million yuan. The product quality has significantly improved, with the early failure rate dropping from 30% before reform to just 3%. Thanks to its superior quality, the company successfully entered the European market last year, achieving bulk exports to Europe.
In line with China's efforts to revitalize its equipment manufacturing industry, Chaoyang Chaogong has now become the largest backhoe loader manufacturer in the country. Its products are known for their speed and suitability for new rural construction, positioning the company as a potential hub for special construction machinery in China.
According to reports, the model exported to Oceania was the WZ25-20B, commonly referred to as "Two Busy." This model quickly became a favorite in the construction machinery market due to its combination of loading and excavation functions. The product began trial production in North Korea in early 2001. Based on a patent application from Jilin University, the company conducted extensive market research and made further technical improvements. It also partnered with top companies in related industries to enhance the practicality and durability of the product. Once launched in the domestic market, the product was widely appreciated by users for its high quality.
At the start of this year, the company sought new opportunities following its successful export of loaders to Italy last year. Thanks to its high quality and versatile features, the "Two Busy" model finally made its way overseas, becoming a standout success in Chaoyang’s efforts to revitalize its old industrial base.
