This marked a historic moment for the company, as it became the first excavator loader from the Northeast region to be shipped abroad. The successful export highlights the growing international recognition of the company's high-quality machinery. Chaoyang Chaogong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise specializing in the production of wheel loaders, vibratory rollers, and backhoe loaders. After being restructured by a state-owned enterprise in 2002, the company achieved ISO9001-2000 certification and its brand has been recognized as a provincial and municipal famous trademark. The Zhaogong brand loaders and backhoe loaders have earned the reputation of being top-tier products in Chaoyang City and Liaoning Province. Over the past three years, the company has maintained an impressive annual output growth rate of 30%. In 2005, it sold over 500 units, generating an annual revenue of 120 million yuan and maintaining total assets of 120 million yuan. The product quality has significantly improved, with the early failure rate dropping from 30% before the reform to just 3%. Thanks to its superior quality, the company entered the European market last year and achieved bulk exports. In line with China's efforts to revitalize its equipment manufacturing industry, Chaoyang Chaogong has now become the largest backhoe loader manufacturer in the country. Its products are known for their speed and suitability for new rural construction, positioning the company as a potential hub for special construction machinery in China. The backhoe loader exported to Oceania, model WZ25-20B, commonly referred to as “two busy,” has gained popularity due to its dual functionality of loading and excavation. It was first put into trial production in North Korea in early 2001. Based on a patent from Jilin University, the company conducted extensive market research and implemented further technical improvements. It also collaborated with leading companies in related industries to enhance the practicality and durability of the product. Once launched domestically, the machine was well-received by users for its reliability and performance. This year, the company sought new opportunities following its successful export of loaders to Italy. The “two busy” model, thanks to its high quality and flexible functions, finally made its way overseas and has now become a shining example of Chaoyang’s efforts to revitalize its traditional industrial base.
