The software for drying the temperature and humidity continuous dynamic measurement system consists of two parts, one part is a single-chip microcomputer that automatically compiles the language program in the temperature and humidity monitoring instrument, and its role is mainly used to send the relevant instructions; another important part is the language preparation. Software, the main function of this part is to realize the acceptance and automatic processing of the measured data of the temperature and humidity monitor.

After the temperature and humidity monitor is powered on, the internal program of the microcontroller starts to run. First check the level of the pin of the MCU connected to the 24C64 write protection pin. If it is high, it means that the data storage chip is in the write protection state. The temperature and humidity monitor enters the data transmission mode; conversely, if it is low, the measurement body enters the data measurement mode.

Before the temperature and humidity monitor is officially measured, it needs to go through a warm-up phase. The single-chip microcomputer sends a write status register command to the sensor and sets bit2 of the sensor status register to activate the heater inside the sensor so that the internal temperature of the sensor gradually rises. As high as the ambient temperature, this prevents condensation of water vapor inside the sensor chip and maintains a high measurement accuracy of the temperature and humidity monitor.

In the warm-up phase, the temperature and humidity data of the sensor output in the temperature and humidity monitor is not saved because it measures the temperature and humidity inside the sensor instead of the surrounding environment. You can do some preparatory work at this stage to monitor the temperature and humidity. Instrument components are installed and placed in the location to be measured. After the predetermined heating time elapses, the microcontroller sends a soft reset command to the sensor, turning off the heater inside the sensor and entering the formal measurement phase.
