According to the complaint filed by the chief, Firefighter/Paramedic Lloyd Miller, who has served for 12 years and been on paid administrative leave since January, allegedly stated he'd "kill some people" if he wasn't included on the promotion list. Co-workers reportedly expressed fear over Miller's behavior and shared Facebook images showing him firing at a picture of Osama bin Laden.
