Centrifuge Machine Standard Design The machine features a robust frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and a vertical bowl spindle in the lower section. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle within the frame structure, supported by the ring solid cover, collecting cover, and frame hood. The feed and liquid discharge system, including the paring disc pump for the heavy phase, is also integrated into this structure. All components that come into contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl is designed as a solid-ejecting disc type with a hydraulic operating system, and the electric motor is either variable frequency or controlled-torque type. Basic Equipment Includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, set of erosion-protective parts, illuminated sight glass box for light phase outlet, vibration switch, vibration-isolating base plate, flange motor, tool set, and standard spare parts. Optional Extras Available options include starting equipment, frequency converter, discharge control panel, standard fittings, CIP valves and fittings, and an online status viewing package. Material Data Bowl body, hood, and locking ring – S.S304; solids cover and frame hood – S.S; frame bottom parts – green cast iron; in and outlet parts – S.S; gasket and o-ring – Nitrile rubber. Operating Principles Separation occurs inside a rotating bowl. Feed is introduced from the top via a stationary inlet pipe, accelerated in a distributor to ensure smooth flow, then enters the disc stack. The separation of liquid-liquid-solid takes place between the discs, with the oil moving toward the center, exiting through a central hole, and being collected. Water and heavy solids move to the periphery, with water flowing through channels to the paring chamber and being pumped out by a built-in paring disc. During purification, hot water is used to create a seal around the top disc, and solids are discharged intermittently via a cyclone using a hydraulic system.
